Review from the B minor Mass in Worcester, MA                                                                                                                                                                        "Singers, orchestra excel in performance of B minor Mass...There were five fine soloists last night...Sarah Rose Taylor's dialogue with the oboe d'amore in Qui sedes was graceful...Chris Shepard deftly coordinated the performance of the two choruses, orchestra and soloists in this intelligent and satisfying performance of what is one of the great masterpieces of the choral repertoire. The rapt attention of the near-capacity audience signified their interest in such an enormous undertaking and the prolonged standing ovation attested to their appreciation. Thursday, May 3rd, 12:15pm - Vocal Recital at LeFrak concert Hall, 65-30 Kissena Boulevard Flushing (Queens), NY 11367. Repertoire to include, Berlioz's Les Nuits d'ete and Schumann's Frauenliebe und leben.

May 4th, 5th & 6th - The Image Maker - Opera in One act set to the verse play by James Merrill, Music by Bruce Saylor. I will be premiering the role of Francisco. This is the world permiere of this piece. Performances at Goldstein Theater, Queens College, 65-30 Kissena Boulevard Flushing (Queens), NY 11367.
